Section: 职责 and Responsibilities of the Board

College departments may adopt internal department policies and standard operating procedures consistent with College 政策 and Operating 程序. If a department policy or standard operating procedure conflicts with College 政策 or Operating 程序, the College 政策 and Operating 程序 will control.

I. 发展

Requests for new 政策 or Operating 程序 shall be made as provided by existing 赌钱app可以微信提现 政策 and Operating 程序 and in accordance with the formal review and approval process managed by the Office of General Counsel, which is available internally or upon request (“Policy and Operating Procedure 发展 and Revision Process”).

II. 检讨及修订

All College 政策 and Operating 程序 are reviewed on a three-year to five-year cycle but may be reviewed off-cycle as necessary. The Office of General Counsel will maintain a schedule for review, work with applicable stakeholders to revise on schedule or as needed, and then facilitate any proposal for substantive revision through the Policy and Operating Procedure 发展 and Revision Process.

3. 批准

College 政策 are 批准 both initially and following review and revision upon the affirmative vote of a majority of Trustees present at a regular or special meeting of the 校董会 and become effective upon adoption or upon a later date if specified in the Policy.

学院运作程序 governing only the 校董会 are adopted upon affirmative vote of a majority of Trustees present at a regular or special meeting of the 校董会 and become effective upon the date specified in the Operating Procedure.
